Step 1

Submit your referral. Our intake coordinator reaches out within 24 hours to walk you through what comes next. We handle the insurance. You handle your family.

Step 2

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst visits your home to assess your child. This is not a clinical evaluation in a cold office. It is a real conversation — about your child, your family, and what matters most to you.

Step 3

We build a customized, evidence-based treatment plan — designed to the highest clinical standard — around your child's specific strengths, needs, and goals. Then we match your child with a behavior technician who is the right fit, not just available.

Step 4

Therapy begins in your home. Your BCBA supervises regularly, adjusting the plan as your child grows. You are part of the team — not an observer.

Step 5

You are part of the therapy. Our technicians work with you just as much as they work with your child — training you in the ABA method so that every breakthrough carries into the moments that matter most. We're in this together, every step of the way.
