Renee DePalo

Renee's connection to this work is personal. Her aunt is 66 and has intellectual disabilities. Her comprehension and social skills are significantly impacted, which has at times led to choices that aren't safe. Renee has spent years helping support her, and watching what life looks like without the right early intervention has shaped everything about how she approaches this work.

Kelsey came to Vibrant because of a shared belief that the families we serve deserve more than good enough. For her, every system built, every clinician developed, every decision made with intention is a direct line to a child having a better life.

Hilary's focus is twofold: the families Vibrant serves and the clinicians who make it possible. She believes those two things are inseparable. When BCBAs feel genuinely supported, it shows up in the care families receive.
